I went to and got the three of us some snacks. I got my daughter sunflower seeds, salt water taffy, and honey sesame sticks. I got my grandson gummy bears, chocolate-covered pretzels, and white chocolate coconut almonds. I got myself horehound lozenges, bit-o-honey, and caramels. We are eating about 1/2 cup of the assortment of these every few days. No. that's not all. We found a new 'sports drink' we like. It is called BodyArmor Lyte(advertised by Jennifer Lopez) and has electrolytes, B vitamins, and antioxidants in it. It comes in flavors like peach, mango, grape, strawberry and banana, tropical coconut, and some others. It is mild and has a nice flavor. It is only 20 calories for 16 ounces and costs $1.67 which is a lot less than Gaderade. Much better than pop. We are also getting a lot of fish and fruit and, a huge bottle of adult multivitamins. Ah, spring! Hope we see some positive changes.
