My son leaves for his work place. Kittu crying in my lap.

My son worked from home almost the whole of the month of March. Kittu got lot of attention from him. Today he gave him a bath. Kittu slept in his room. He only came to me to remind me "It's time to give him food ". He is still crying for him with the typical dog whine. He's running towards all the doors in the house and whining. He will get over it soon I know. He's missing him. We'll very soon join him at his work place and stay there for six months. In the photo he is resting his head on my lap and crying.

Aww, poor doggy, so you’ll be going to your sons house for six months. Enjoy your time there.

@RubyHawk It's only that my son wants to lighten my work load. If we stay there for 6 months my son can help me to look after him.

Yes, because he thinks I will have a tough time managing Kittu once he has is grown up dog. Hope he accepts that place and gets adjusted to it.

Sorry about the puppy. He will adjust to your son's schedule eventually. They are hard to leave.

@aninditasen I suppose it will take some time. His heart is set on your son . . . when will your son come back?

Yes, he is still sad and isn't that playful. He keeps looking towards the lane through the gate.

He's very clever. He knew he was going to leave when he started packing and didn't allow him to put his clothes into his bag.

Yes, he's gradually adjusting to his absence but is still not happy. Hope he enjoys his stay there because it's a small flat and our house is big.

That's a pity. I hope they get reconciled soon. Dog's are man's best friend and they stay loyal and faithful until the end.

That is so sad when pups do that. When I worked and had to leave my furbabies I always had 2 dogs because they are pack animals and need the company of others, now that I am retired I only have one dog but when I go shopping he has Tuffy for company so he is not alone even for those few hours.

That's the reason he is sad. He isn't crying anymore but isn't that playful. Both my son and he played a lot.

Yes, because he indulged with him and allowed him to bite until it hurt him. He rarely was firm with him.
