How Do You Like Your Eggs

Last night I cooked an egg with a timer for 7minutes and it was gooey but yummy. So there is my timer for poached egg. The pot I cooked it on has no lid.
This morning I cant decide which to cook so I cooked both a scrambled egg with garlic and onion and a sunny side up egg.
Indeed today was sunny because when I checked my portfolio 2 stocks has gone up by 10%. And it was because of a big dividend announcement by one coal mining company and the other although no dividend announcement is a holding company heavily invested on the other.
Just what I need to boost my mood.

Wow you must really love eggs. When we go to Eurotel last year we failed to try the egg corner which says something like scrambled with mushroom. Im not sure.

@yoalldudes Omelette is somethking that you can cut but scrambled egg is where you use a spoon Yes tomatoes are added. There is a process.

I see what do you put in your scrambled egg. I sometimes put tomatoes which turns it into a tomato omelette

I love eggs! I often eat eggs scrambled with bell peppers, onions and ground beef cooked into them. I also eat a lot of boiled eggs, too.
When we used to go out to a restaurant for breakfast, I always ordered an omelet with different types of meat in it. YUM!

@yoalldudes You hard boil the eggs, cut them in half, take out the yolks and then season them with salt and pepper, mayonnaise, mustard. Mash it all together and then put it back into the white halves. I then top mine with paprika and parsley flakes. There are a lot of different ways to make them...whatever ingredients you like.

Usually, I prepare hard-boiled eggs. Sometimes though, I cook eggs sunny-side up.

Fried eggs do better for me,I do mix the eggs with coriander,pepper and onion before frying them..I do serve with tea.
