How I found my cat sleeping at first / myLot

This is how I found my cat sleeping on the chair at first. Later she was sleeping normally. Do any of you that have pets find them sleeping in different positions that you have not seen them sleep in before?

How sweet. My cats do this as well. Like they are covering their eyes from the light.

@CarolDM I can imagine that it was a wake-up call for you and Brendel. How is Brendel doing these days and how are you with all of it? I can imagine that you see so much more now.

@Hannihar We have three kittens.They are not our pets.My sister looks after them.I have seen them fast asleep many times.

@Shivram59 Yes, i know they are strays. When they sleep do they all sleep in the same position or maybe they sleep in other positions too or maybe one or two of them sleep in another position?

Cats can contort themselves into some unusual positions, can't they? Your cat seems to be trying to keep the light out of it's eyes. When I had a cat she would sleep in such a relaxed position at times. With her belly exposed. I read it meant she felt safe.

My cat sleeps in some strange positions, but I think I have seen them all before. My cat Nico, is a tux too.

@snowy22315 Does Nico look like my Sophie? I call them interesting positions. I have never seen her sleep like this before but maybe she did and I did not see it.
