31 March - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good afternoon. It's been a wonderful day. I'm thankful for a good night's sleep again last night and the nap I got after exercise class. I'm thankful the Ibuprofen worked so I could get the rest of my steps. I saw the aches and pains report on the website this morning and saw why I had trouble walking this morning. I'm thankful for the exercise class this morning and for being able to work on the bike. The Ibuprofen hadn't started to work yet. I still did well. I cut it down from six miles to five. I'm thankful for a friend down the hall who read the blurb and liked it and wants to tweak it more for me. I already trimmed it down. She also knows how to move the title on the cover up just a little bit so it's not too close to the Eagle. I sent her a copy of the cover. She also supplies me with one butterscotch hard candy per day for walking the building. My throat gets so parched and it really helps. I'm thankful for the invitation to go to a ballet production at a local church tonight with another friend in the building. It should be a lot of fun. So, I'll be leaving in an hour for that. I'm thankful for spending time here with you and getting my notifications finished. It's always good to see what you are doing in your part of the world. That's my day.
