Congratulations to My Niece

Since the mother of my niece was so toxic dealing with the twins early in the morning, I volunteered to attend the meeting and receive the report card of the older niece today. To cut it short, she did a great job for the third quarter. She is in third rank in the class. We are so proud of her because she is not asking for help anymore with her studies. Although we still encourage her to seek help if necessary. Do you still help your kiddies in their studies? Did you help your kiddies in their studies before?

When Pretty was still in school, I helped her any time she asked me for help. That is a parent's or uncle's/aunt's job, in my opinion.

I also think so. My siblings and I did not bother our parents during our school days. For the reason that we can do it. I guess they are lucky parents with regards to this matter.

Congratulations! That's a great achievement, Well, I do tutor my grandkids at times. They also received high honors in school but I have to be there for them emotionally as well because the boy is having emotional problems.

@Shavkat That's great. It should be that way.

I also give her emotional support. She needs not to be pressured. My family and I are not pressuring her to have an honor. We encourage her to enjoy studying.

That’s great she is doing so well she doesn’t even need help any longer. Sad how her mother is acting!

I can understand why her mom cannot come. She needs to attend with her twins this morning. The father needs to go to work, so I managed to do it to help them out.

@Shavkat oh I see when you wrote toxic I pictured a really awful person. I see she just has other children she needed to stay home with. Very nice of you to go in her place

I am also glad that she is. I did help her how to handle her lessons during the lockdown. She got some techniques to improve her way of studying.

Always. I sometimes feel like I'm back to being a student especially with our two senior students. Their ongoing research and thesis are also putting pressure on me. Congratulations to your niece.

I had no children and no grandchildren. My parents were there to help "if necessary" but they told me all the time that I had to understand and do myself if I wanted to learn.

Congratulations! To her. My daughters were independent with their studies from very young age and I encouraged them to be so. But I was always there when they needed any help
