Our lush green curry leaf tree

It shed all its leaves last month and now our curry leaf tree has produced fresh leaves and looks lush green.
It is a full grown tree taller and wider than our mango trees which is abnormal for a curry leaf tree. What you see in the photo is just the top of the tree. We have saplings grown all over the garden but sadly there are no takers. If only I can export these leaves perhaps I could earn in millions.
Curry leaves are loaded with iron and other nutrients

That's huge and lush green. Reminds me of my grandparents garden with a big curry leaf tree that would be used by everyone in the neighborhood
. Mine is lush green but not so big as it's in pot. It's enough for us.

@allknowing Even I am seeing such huge one for first time. My lush green bushy curry leaf plant looks like a sapling in front of this plant.

I cook with curry sometimes, but had no idea that it grew on trees like that! You siad it shed its leaves and they all grew back in one month? Amazing!

Here curry has nothing to do with the curry you are talking about They are known as curry leaves and their role is different

@JamesHxstatic It has a nice flavour.
We make chutney out of it and use it for garnishing food.

They are not eaten as leaves but made into a paste to which other ingredients are used. They are also used for seasoning or tempering of food.
