On my recent plane flight, I watched a 2022 Spanish film called Full of Grace about a nun who arrives at an orphanage that is about to close down. Over the summer holidays, the nun helps create a football (soccer) team from the orphan boys.
It seems the film was based on a true story but I was unable to find out any more than that. At the end of the film, there was an on-screen notice saying one of the boys had continued a career as a footballer for 20 years and there was also a photo of the small, frail nun with a man about twice her height.
Whatever the background it was an entertaining film and helped pass a few hours.
The photo is mine of some small friends.
Edit: Thanks to @Fleura doing some research, the ex-Real Madrid player Valdo Lopez was one of the orphans in the team. Thanks for the information, Fleur.

The title is apt too for the good plot. I remember the Singing Nun" movie, which was about a nun too who had helped kids find their way in life. I like these stories because they are inspiring and heartwarming. Next time, I will look for it too.
