West Virginia firefighters rescue a dog trapped in a house fire

Thanks to the actions of the Huntington West Virginia firefighters who answered a call for help from residents that were living inside of a house in the same city who reported that a fire began on the first floor of the home that began on Wednesday morning, the occupants of the house were able to evacuate the home safely. Huntington Fire Chief Greg Fuller reports that everyone inside of the burning home got out safely as well as a dog that was inside the burning home. The dog whose name and gender were not mentioned was given oxygen outside of the home. The dog was taken to an animal emergency room. What makes this story odd is that there was no utilities inside the house. It is not clear if the occupants inside the home lived there or were they just visiting inside the building.
