14 April - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was a super good day. I have a lot to be thankful for, but I'm only going to tell you the main and most important thing I'm thankful for.
I'm thankful for my grandson who called and put me on a conference call with my granddaughter. It was so good to talk to her and find out how she is doing and when she will be home. I love her so much. She told me where she is, a couple of hours north of London, UK.
It's another warm day here. I walked the trail this morning when it was 52 F. I have all my steps plus. I'm over 12K right now.

That's wonderful. Glad you got to have that call. I'm thankful for the rain we got today, even if we happened to be out when it hit.

Me, too. I just wish we were home to enjoy it. But, the sun came out when we left Walmart, so George didn't have to drive home in it.

I am so happy that you got to talk to your granddaughter. Hopefully she will be home soon.
I am thankful for waking up this morning even if I didn't want to get out of bed.
I am also thankful for the fact that I found out how I can get some tax rebates. We are working on this and I feel blessed.

I am thankful for the positive messages that I read on Pinterest on living a full and happy life as well as the postman delivering a package for my nephew who is in need of his clothing that was ordered recently from Amazon.

Thankful for seeing the stepdaughter today. Also thankful for a good time at the auction. Thankful to that my hot flashes haven't been bad today
