Last Full Day of Camping for Now

This is our last full day in camp for this trip. We will be pulling out sometime before noon tomorrow (Sunday) morning. K and I engaged in separate activities this morning. She went with some of the camping club wives to the local farmer's market for its opening day. I went fishing on the lake in my kayak along with a friend from the club who also likes to kayak fish. My friend's kayak is a solid hull boat with a raised seat, a fish finder, and rod holders. Mine, as you can see in the photo, is an inflatable with not much of a seat and no fancy electronics. Guess who caught the only fish this morning? If you guessed me, you are correct. I caught a nice-sized catfish. The fish grunted politely to be returned to the lake and after carefully removing the hook, I released it back into the water. We stayed on the lake for nearly 3 hours before I decided I'd had enough sun and paddled back to the campground beach area we'd launched from. My friend stayed out a few minutes longer, hoping to catch a fish, but had no luck and pulled in just about the time I had my boat deflated and ready to pack up. All in all, it was a great way to spend my last morning in camp. K also enjoyed her time at the farmer's market and brought back some treats. How is/was your Saturday?
