I have shared stories on this site about alligators that make appearances in a neighborhood. Drivers who were driving on the streets of West Palm Beach Florida on Monday evening when an alligator was crawling on a road which caused traffic to come to a stop to avoid harming the alligator. The local police contacted the Florida Fish And Wildlife Commission officers to safely remove the animal from the area safely to another area away from the road. You are right since an alligator has a right to live with us humans.

I'm happy that they are being respectful of them and not doing any harm to them. Also, I'm hoping the alligator will travel calmly through the streets without hurting any nearby people. Since that is their area, which we humans also happen to occupy, I don't think we can hold them responsible.

You are right since many wildlife officials are telling people that the animals will take over what was once their land since we are taking away their former homes.

It's horrible to watch alligators on a road, but it's good that it didn't harm anyone.

There are snakes and alligator sightings in Florida as well as snakes due to the weather conditions in both states.

Seems to be very common in Florida. I would keep my distance. Glad he was moved safely.

Florida like Louisiana does have a large alligator population due to the large bodies of water in both states.
