My Head Hurts.

Because of the heat, my head is now hurting. I was forced to go to the mall this afternoon. I need to have my son's eyeglasses repaired. The screw loosen up and we lost it. It's too tiny to see where it fell off. It was 36C then, I cannot go earlier as there is still class and if I go later, it will be so traffic.

Drink water, it will help you, maybe you are dehydrated due to the hot.

Going through that heat outside, I suppose you would get heat stress. The first thing you ought to do, in my opinion, is slowly cool yourself down by drinking water. Having a bath can be a big aid in reversing the heat you took in outside.

I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. I hope you could get his glasses repaired. I lost a screw out of the left temple of my glasses a week ago and the Walmart in our city doesn't have replacement screws. I've been wearing my old glasses this week.

Thanks It was not even two hours I am out and probably 30-45 minutes of travel but the heat was intense yesterday

Yes, it was so hot, hot when I went out earlier too. I had to go home in a hurry and take bath. I was sweating profusely.
