A rainy autorickshaw ride!

My 3 hour train journey back to my city had a surprise ending with pouring rain at the end of a sweltering hot day! While it made the weather more pleasant, it did mess up the 5km journey back home from the railway station. I took an autorickshaw (tuk;tuk) and it was interesting. It's an open three-wheeler, with the open sides closed by sheets that were flapping around like crazy. I got back tired, entertained, a little cooler and slightly wet.

Making it home safely is the most important part, though. The little annoyances can be managed.

@DaddyEvil I haven't seen a cycle rickshaw for ages. There are very few of them.

@pitstop May I ask, do you prefer the autorickshaws or the traditional ones? I've never ridden in either one and have only seen them in movies or on YouTube.

I would love to ride in one of those.

Those tuktuks look extremely dangerous to me. I'm glad you're home safe.
