Do you eat pistachios often?

I found out more about this type of food. They are rich in nutrients. I replaced sweets with pistachio. Before I ate something sweet every single day. But when I eat pistachio or peanuts I don't need sweets. This is interesting. I think pistachios are healthy. They are very tasty. Ice cream with pistachios is amazing. I ate them as a healthy snack. I eat peanuts too. I am trying to gain some weight and I eat often snacks. Do you eat pistachios often? Or do you prefer different snacks? This is my favorite snack until now. Even if I don't have an appetite I could eat pistachio every day.

I have a handful of almonds or walnuts as snacks everyday.

I don't really eat nuts at all because my youngest child is allergic to all nuts including tree nuts. Yes, you are right they are healthy for you as long as you're not allergic to them. They are high in protein as in most nuts are great for helping to gain weight. I wouldn't eat them every day because too much salt can make your lungs fill with water and some people too much iodine can cause health problems. Good but I might Roate them out for other health snacks or make a home made trail mix with nuts and add some like dried fruits to help balance out some of the salt.

@dya80dya We stick to whole milk still the kids only use it for cereal and hot chocolate but its higher in protein. I don't even drink milk. I use it to cook with when need.

@ShyBear88 I have milk intolerance too. I tried lactose-free milk and I can tolerate it.

I love them, but eat them perhaps once a year. They are too expensive.

Oh, those are my favorite! But I don't get to eat it often. They're quite expensive than other nuts.
