I made a delicious lunch.

And there is some left. I had thawed part of the leftover roasted chicken that I froze 2 weeks ago or so. I checked on the rice left and decided that it was not enough for Anita and for me. So I decided on pasta. I cut up chicken (mostly breast) and diced a small onion. I caramelized the onion with a glove of crushed garlic, added the chicken and some milk (not much) and some cream. The chicken had some jellied broth, a mixture of roasted chicken and butter. That helped give a delicious taste. I boiled pasta and put some Parmesan cheese over it. Incredoble! And the best of it all is that there is some sauce left and I can eat it with rice maybe tomorrow. As for now, I´m mylotting while eating a piece of the chocolate cake. There´s not much left now I am waiting for Anita who went to bring her brother. He might be willing to work on the kitchen. We´´ll see. Later on I will see if there´s a movie to watch. I will do all I can to be relaxed no matter what. See you, friends PS: The picture is NOT my kitchen
