In 2006 police in Kyiv Ukraine were called to assist a man wandering in the street. The man seemed to not know who he was or how he got there. Checking his identification they found him to be Sergy Panamerenko but, when they looked at his country of origin they were a bit perplexed. It was one that no longer existed, The Soviet Union. He was wearing outdated clothing and had a camera around his neck which was an antique. He looked like he was in his 20s but his ID listed him as being in his 20s with a birthdate of 1932. They take him to a mental hospital where he is interviewed by Dr. Pablo Kudrakov. They bring in a photography expert, Adam Poisners who found the film in the camera had not been manufactured since the 1970s. The pictures were all of the old buildings, streets of 1950 Kyiv, one of him standing beside a woman, and, one of a bell-shaped UFO. Sergy remembered that looking at the UFO and taking that photo was the last thing he remembered before appearing in the street that same day. When he went back to his room that evening he was never seen again. Security footage showed him entering his room that evening but never leaving it again. In continuing their investigation the police did find that a man by the name of Sergy Panamerendo had been reported missing in 1960. They were also able to find the woman in the picture who was now in her 70s. She told them that Sergy had disappeared in the 1970s and she never saw him again. But, she did receive an odd picture of him a few years later. It was of Sergy standing on a beach with Kyiv in the background. The picture showed Kiev with skyscrapers and it was dated 2050.
