Today I got up to pee and the electric heater was still on. I have a timer there but it was too early to have it off. As soon as Luna heard me, she came to my glass door. But I said "sorry dear, I won´t open it yet". Luna has her wonderful fur and I have nothing. In fact, lately my skin is thin with not a single bit of collagen or fat. That disappeared last year, at the hospital, when I lost those 20 pounds in one week. I have on my thickest pair of PJs, my thickest bathrobe, a fleece sheet and a dawn and feather qult on. Yet my nose and hands are frozen. So Luna will have to wait for her petting. But she knows. She knows that when I hurry back to bed she has to wait. But she comes to the door every now and then to see if I´m up. Dear friends, I love that dog!!! I´ll go now for a cup of coffee. Maybe it will help me thaw my nose. See you.
