I really love head massages. The same goes for a scalp massage. They are very relaxing and soothing. The last time I had one was in 2016. That was in SM mall but now it is nowhere to be found, maybe it has been closed for some reason. I am still looking for a spa that has head massages. I wish I could find one. I am longing for it

So, your headaches are gone now? If they are then it is an effective method. I might be having a head massage too when my migraine attacks, Too much intake of medicines could have side effects.

It is very relaxing. I get it done whenever I go to the saloon. They put oil in your head and massage it gently to get the oil soaked in your head.

I am so sorry about your headaches. My son gets crippling migraines.
