Another trip to the little Tesco.

I've just been to the little Tesco again. Today it threatened rain. My weather app said 44% chance of rain. So I put on the coat with the hood on. I set off and there was some cloud but it wasn't raining. When I got to the shop I got the TV magazines as usual, then Mum wanted a little packet of tissues but there were only big boxes of tissues so I didn't get those. I got a bounty bar for my step-dad, and Mum wanted some Belgian buns or something similar. There weren't any Belgian buns but I got some cinnamon swirls instead. They are loose and you have to put them in a brown paper bag. Then I got an areo bar for myself. Next I got some strawberries. They were in a large square container again today. Then I got some Hunters Chicken and Alpen with no added sugar for my Mum. All I needed to get then was the 2 bottles of milk. But the fridge where the milks usually are was empty and dark! No milk of any kind, no yoghurts, no nothing. So I had to go without the milk. I went and paid and it came to just over £16. I went home and it didn't rain on me at all. I gave my Mum her change and her list and cards back and told her about my trip. When I told her about the milk we thought maybe it was because the fridge had broken down and Mum said maybe I should have asked the lady on the till if they had any milk and she might have got some out of the back. I unpacked the groceries and put them away and now I'm sitting resting and Homes Under the Hammer is just starting. What is everyone up to? I hope you are all well. Have a nice day.

I enjoy watching Homes Under the Hammer too, it is good to see what the people do with the properties that they buy .I would love to be able to buy a cheap property and make it nice enough to sell for a profit. I would not like doing the messy building parts of the work , but I would enjoy the decorating once the messy bit has been done.

Oh, I totally agree with you. I like seeing the places done up too. I would love to do that too. I haven't got the money though. There is such thing as an angel investor who would lend you the money then when the property is sold after being done up they'd get their money back along with a % of the profits but I don't know how to find an angel investor!

I hope you manage to get everything that you need when you go shopping, and I hope it doesn't rain on you. It is raining here today and it's the day I go on my art course.

@sharonelton We went this morning just before the rain and I found everything I had in my list. It's going to rain again in the afternoon.

@LadyDuck I'm glad you managed to get everything that you wanted. Did it rain in the afternoon like it said it was going to?

Sunday I went to the grocery store. I got strawberries too. But some of them have gone bad. I also got a watermelon. I also went to the dollar store to get a plastic container to make a washing machine so I clean my reuseable pads. Today I have a little bit of cramps. I have been trying to use ice packs for my cramps.

I hope you got everything you wanted when you went to the grocery store. We really have to eat our strawberries quickly before they go bad. If a strawberry has gone a bit soft my Mum might cut off the soft bit and put the rest on her breakfast. I'm sorry you've got cramps. There's an ambulance next door at the moment. A 90 year old lady lives there. I hope she is all right.

Will you just get milk tomorrow? Maybe the truck hadn't arrived with more supplies.

I'm glad you could come. The cinnamon swirls were for my Mum and step-dad. I'm sure they enjoyed them. Thank you very much.
