I could have bet on this and made a load of money. Santos is now stealing that phrase from the putz. He doesn't know where this wrong accusation came from and he won't be resigning. He says he will be glad to prove his innocence and present the truth in court. He is acting so defiant and feels he will be higher in politics in a few years. He is very composed and says this is an experience for a book. He has launched his reelection campaign and they are saying he could still hold his position in Congress unless there is a vote to unseat him. He has been charged and has been arrested earlier on Long Island. He is charged with 13 counts including wire fraud, money laundering, and false statements. He is charged with using campaign funds for his own use, using unemployment benefits during the pandemic when he was receiving a salary, and making false statements to the House of Representatives as to his source of income. He could do 20 years in prison for these crimes. These men who are so narcissistic as to think they can snow the public really get my goat. He was acting so cool and as if all was good.
