Ever since I learnt of the benefits of dark chocolate I have been looking for combinations as I am not quite fond of dark chocolate in its pure form. And there browsing through Amazon in I found these "Britannia Chocolush - Extra Crunchy Biscuit With Gooey Choco-Filling" That gooey choco filling is dark chocolates - just what the doctor ordered is what I felt. Yes, I am going to order for it and enjoy my purchase Dark chocolate as you know is loaded with magnesium which takes care of cramps, I am already eating peanut candy and I can alternate this to break the monotony of eating peanut candy every day. Do you enjoy dark chocolate in its pure form?,

Dark chocolate covered strawberries are my favorite. I don’t want to consume too much chocolate of any kind, dark or not, but I have never heard of anyone turning down a dark chocolate covered strawberry. Plus, the fewer ingredients, the fewer chances for extra sugar and fats. Some people don’t like strawberries though, so perhaps they can try raisins or cherries.

I would certainly love strawberries covered with dark chocolate but are they fresh or dried?

@yukimori What about fresh chocolate covered strawberries remaining fresh in storage?

@allknowing I've seen both fresh and dried but fresh is much more common in my experience. @AmbiePam I might decline a dark chocolate covered strawberry. I'm not much of a fan of dark chocolate.

I like dark chocolate but I don't want it by itself very often. Pretty and I used to buy boxes of dark and milk chocolate with different types of centers. I ate the dark chocolates with different types of nuts or caramel inside them and she ate the milk chocolate candies with different stuff inside them.

No, I don't. I like white chocolates or milky ones. But the image seems to be tasty. Perhaps, I would try some dark chocolates one of these days.

In combination dark chocolate is tolerable. I had dark chocolate peanut butter for one month and it was delicious

@Jenaisle For the simple reason dark chocolate is good for health. And if it is combined with peanuts then you could say - all this and heaven too.

Today I made a delicious cup of hot chocolate with bitter chocolate (very dark). I add other ingredients, of course. I wrote a post about it a little while ago.

@allknowing I added milk, whole cinnamon, a clove, a bit of sugar (you can use sugar substitutes). When it is boiling I thicken it with a bit of cornflour.

@marguicha Adding corn flour will thicken it and perhaps it could be eaten with a spoon and I like the cinnamon flavour

That seems a healthy drink. What other ingredients did you add?

Your post inspired me. I shuffled into my kitchen, opened my fridge, and gobbled up a piece of straight dark chocolate. I sauntered back to my desk, grew a cape, and am now ready for the day.
