Jay Took Me Out Early, for Mother's Day

Whenever Mother's Day arrives, we dread standing in a long restaurant line! Then, we wait for a table, while people gulp down their meal to make room for others.
About ten years ago, we decided this was an awful situation to deal with. We seldom got the right order and the food was thrown together so fast, it was hard to enjoy our meal.
So, instead of trying to struggle through the crowds on Mother's Day, we go out a couple days early and enjoy our time together. This year, we went out for breakfast at Denny's Restaurant in Saginaw, Michigan. It was wonderful!
Jay got a cute little dish in his order from Robert Morris Ministries. He gave it to me, as a Mother's Day present. How thoughtful! And the Bible CD material, we usually share Robert's Christian teaching.
I love my Mother's Day dish!

I was thinking that since we didn't go to Red Lobster today that we would go tomorrow. Ha! Then I remembered that tomorrow is Mother's Day. No way! Your dish is lovely. I'm glad you had a nice breakfast out.
