What's for dinner? 5.13.2023 *Now with pictures!

I know it's a little late, but when you don't make lunch until two or three pm...dinner tends to happen later than usual.
Anyhoo. We defrosted hamburger meat, because I was going to make cheeseburgers. But we forgo to get buns, so we decided on meatloaf.
So I am going to make meatloaf, mac and cheese, and biscuits.
Maybe I will even remember to take pictures tonight.

It is really all I have had time to post about. The nice part about house sitting for my mother in law is her inerent is working and I have actually had time and inernet to post while cooking and doing laundry

We had salmon, mashed potatoes and candied carrots. It was my first time making those. My husband loved them! And so did the dog as the hubby shared a few with her. :0)
