Wheat grass has amazing health benefits - it cleans the toxins in the body, reduces cholesterol.......for more on this visit the link
https://www.healthline.com/health/food-nutrition/wheatgrass-benefits#superfood
It is loaded with nutrients - iron
calcium
enzymes
magnesium
phytonutrients
17 amino acids
vitamins A, C, E, K, and B complex
chlorophyll
proteins
However it is only for those who have the tenacity to grow the grass on a regular basis. A little sown every day in trays can provide enough to be consumed every day Sow them in trays and let the grass grow up to 4" which takes about 7 to 8 days You need to sow every day.
Half cup of the chopped grass is enough to make the juice It is not palatable and so it is mixed with other foods or diluted with water.
Do you have the tenacity to grow wheat grass on a daily basis that guarantees good health?

Nope! Once in a while we do sprout beans to use in the cooking and I usually add ground flax seed to stuff I'm cooking for the health benefits. You can't taste ground flax seed and it has a host of healthy benefits to it, too.

I have given it a try and it grows easily but one must be persistent and eat it for long periods.
