Which do you prefer to eat at home or out?

Hello guys, good morning. Well, there are several reasons that make me prefer to eat at home, including: I can save money, I like cooking, I can choose whatever menu I like, I can take the number of meal portions according to my needs, etc. One of the most basic reasons is that I can only eat small portions, half the portion of an adult in general, so it makes it difficult for me to finish the portion of food I buy when I'm outside. Some people think I'm on a diet, but that's because I can't eat much. LOL How about you?

We miss eating out once in a while but Pretty and I are high risk for Covid so we don't eat out. Luckily, I like to cook and know how to cook. So we eat things I make here at home. (I like cooking large amounts and freezing part of it to heat up and eat later so I don't have to cook every day if I don't feel like cooking or can't see to cook.) Sometimes we buy frozen meals from the supermarket and cook/heat them up at home, too.

@DaddyEvil I don't know, but here it is running as usual. Many people who don't wear masks when they go out are no longer keeping their distance like they used to. Yes, it looks like it's over, I thought. How about In your City @MasGion @MrDenata?

@astutimeliana723 The link I posted for you shows that Covid is still active in Indonesia but not as heavily as it was before but people are still catching it and some are still dying from it. We don't want to be among the ones dying from Covid. We still wear our masks if we go out anywhere.

Yes, home-cooked meals, especially mother's cooking, will always be missed by her children, including me.

@astutimeliana723 if money is running low then whatever is cheap is eaten regardless of whether it is the same or not.

I have no problem wanting to eat with anything, but every now and then I get bored with the same food. I often make my own food creations. LOL

@May2k8 That's right, I also sometimes do it when I'm lazy to cook and have no money. LOL

I stopped eating out when the pandemic started. We are so well eating at home that we do not go out anymore.

I am glad to hear it. That's very good for maintaining our health, we should not eat carelessly outside.

By reading "Anak Kost" I thought you were Indonesian, and I checked your profile and it turned out to be true. Hello, I'm also from Indonesia and just joined since about 4 months ago. Where do you come from?

I prefer eating home-cooked meals. They are more delicious and safer. There are times though when I have to eat out when I'm outside running an errand.

I always like home food which is hygiene and healthy...But outdoor food is fun when we go with family and friends...It is some kind of relaxation even though some bad food is a good experience

I mostly eat at home. Dine out with friends occasionally to enjoy some foods I do not cook myself.

Yes, I am like that too. I often cook and eat at home. But occasionally I also buy food outside and bring it home to eat at home too.
