Not Feeling Good.

Today might be the third day I wake up with little sleep. For a few days I have gotten only 4 to 5 hours of sleep. Today, I'm not feeling so good and feeling weak. I don't like sleeping during day time but I think I need some sleep. It will help me recover some energy since I have some tasks that I need to complete and without energy, I can't do that. Plus I'm it's becoming a bit hard to focus.

@BabeSays Oh, good! You shouldn't feel guilty. I don't believe your hubby would tell you not to sleep if you're tired.

@DaddyEvil No he is always telling me to leave all the chores and get some sleep. I don't know why I am always stressful and want to get everything done on time. I feel such pressure but my husband never put any pressure on me. I just feel this. That's something I hate about me.

Oh yes, De. I did. I was able to sleep for 4 hours. I feel guilty but I badly needed some good rest.

Yes, I know you don’t want to sleep during the day, but for the sake of your overall wellbeing I think you’re best off if you take the sleep whenever you can get it. Even if that means that sleep comes during the daytime. You are wise to just take the slumber when you can.

Awww you're so sweet, Amber. I did sleep for 4 hours and feel great. I woke at lunch time hehehe. But I was able to complete my tasks now I will soon go and start cooking dinner.

It happens. Sometimes, we wake up feeling tired, or there is something hurting in our body we do not expect. This morning, I woke up with a tummy ache, having flatulence. I took Erceflora, a kind of probiotic that will maybe soothe my stomach. Hopefully, this will end up smooth and pain-free before night comes.

I do but I can't I just keep tossing right and left. Then I start to get bad thoughts, I have to get busy else I will end up being depressed.
