Hi guys
It has been a wonderful Thursday morning, the sun has risen, I thank God for that , at least today its going to be warmer, as I wrote earlier, I'm going now for my mornings exercise, its actually jogging around the avenue, it is usually cooler and very interesting
my friend today did not join me so I decided to go by myself. In the evening also ill have a nature walk around our place, ill be very happy to talk about it
but anyway , I have to ask, do you take morning exercise or nature walks?

On average, you all work more than us Indians. Therefore, that is exercise enough ..we Indians, at least I, am very lazy. LOL
We get house helps. They do all the cleaning. Cooking is not a big deal. Though we get cooks also at affordable rates. Then there is ready made food that can be ordered, and it will work out cheaper than getting those cooks to cook for us.
So kinda, I am left wondering what is it that we Indians don't have ..why we are going out of this country to usurp jobs in other lands... why can't we be happy with what we have.

No. I'm unable to walk far and can't stand for more than a minute. I'm glad you are able to exercise. Have a good day.

Unfortunately no morning exercise or nature walks possible in our locality...you win some, lose some, as they say. I have conveniences like banks, shops for all things I need for day to day living close at hand. This has resulted in absence of other finer and essential things for me....at this age, I am not sure if I could live in a place where conveniences were inconveniently located.

I was normally used to morning walks but I left that when I got a job that required me to leave for work a little bit earlier. It's however so good to take some body exercises especially in the mornings where everything seems a fresh
