I Got a Call from My Son

Hola mylot, it's me again your favorite angel. It's Saturday here and like usual, the weekend is busier than weekdays. And I just get a rest from the shop for a moment, it's 11:51 AM and I'm waiting for my lunch at 1 PM. How are you guys? Hope you're doing fine wherever you are. Last nite, I got a call from my son, yes I have a son. I remember the first time met him, like 11 years ago. I still live in Bandung City, West Java and I was still single at that time. I rented a room and he lives next to my room. I still remember his late Dad saying to me "Bro, please take care of my son" and from that time I am officially his Dad LOL. Long story short, last nite he talks a lot about his new girlfriend and I am being a good listener like a dad does, just listening to his stories and everything. We talked for 2 hours and I listen to every part of the story, he plans to get married soon and I just commented: "If you sure, she's the one, do it". I still remember when we were looking for foods and the owner of the resto said "he is your first son, sir?" OMG, we both laughing so hard, he is just 12 years younger than me but is it my face that looks so old? LOL. And I got the same question over and over again when I went to some places with him. And the sad part last nite when he said "I don't have mom and dad anymore and I do not know who's to call, so I call you, because you always treat me as your lil bro and I am glad that you always pick up the phone for me". For me it was just a simple act but for someone is more than that. And we ended the call after I said that I am so relieve knowing that he's okay and he can handle all of his problems by himself and I am so proud of him. I hope I can attend his wedding, because we live in different island so it will cost me a lot but let's see. How about you guys? How's your day so far?
