I admire the work of Seminole County Deputy Leguizamo who answered a call about a six boa constrictor on a road in Sanford Florida on Wednesday morning.
Officer Leguizamo used her skills to wrangle the large boa constrictor to prevent the snake from injuring someone or getting hurt.
Officer Leguizamo then took the boa constrictor to a local exotic animal rescue where the snake will be taken care of for the time being.

@LeaPea2417 Please don't because my late mom was bitten by a boa constrictor many years ago when we were living in La Boca Panama when the snake was hidden in the engine of our station wagon.

I have never seen a boa constrictor myself. The snake in the picture is very huge.

That is one big mama of a snake, I am glad she got that snake where it belongs, Imagine tripping over something like that

Lucky it wasn't a python or they would have had to euthanize it. Maybe they can put the snake on display, but those things creep me out. I still remember the boa who killed its owner earlier this year in Florida. The cop tried to save the man, but it was too late.

She is one brave woman. Wrangling boa constrictor is not something I could do. That's for sure.

I agree with you that the deputy has nerves of steel handling a huge boa constrictor.

I would walk away from a boa constrictor as well.

I am in agreement with you since boa constrictors are poisonous.
