We will be finalizing the ownership of our property tomorrow morning. Jay and I need to pay the full price and then, we will receive the title with our names on it. The lady lives out of state, I'm not sure if she will need to be present or not. I guess with the Internet, a business transaction can be done online. I'll find out tomorrow. If the property also included a house, the waiting time would be a lot longer. But, with this only being a vacant lot, there's obviously no residents who need to move out. Now, Jay will be setting up a time for the surveyor to measure and insert the corner stakes. We need exact measurements, so the house will be carefully situated, according to the construction rules of this county. Jay understands all these requirements, after working in the building business for almost 20 years. He spoke with a man today, who will send a crew to clear off the trees we don't want.
