My life is full of Plan Bs.

I was going to make something with eggs. In fact, I was going to make a cauliflower pudding first. Then I thought about eggs and leftovers. I had no idea what leftovers were in the fridge. And there they were. Some leftover mushrooms (from last weekend chicken in mushroom sauce) wilting in spite to being carefully covered. There were enough of them to fry them in butter and serve them over toasts. I wonder if that was plan B or plan C. There is half an onion that I also took out of the fridge and I will have to put inside again. Of course it is inside a plastic bag. I am not hungry. I ate yet another piece of cake after Claudia called me. It was a cold and polite conversation. But it is a begining. I can wait. She started to ask me about my birthday (on June) and I told her that I hadn´t remembered about it. Which was true. It seems that I´m leaving my birthdays too. See you soon, friends.
