Does this count when trying to loss weight?

May 28, 2023 3:42pm CST
Hello friends, lately, I have been having some trouble with people who want to lose weight. I can't believe that someone who wants to lose weight wants to continue eating the same way he or she was like mostly eating junk food and food with a lot of fat, and unhealthy, Does this actually work, some say it works but I don't really believe What is your opinion, will someone who wants to lose weight continue eating unhealthy?

It is very difficult to lose weight by just cutting out foods. One has to exercise as well.

It is silly to eat the way one has always eaten, and still expect to lose weight. You have to sacrifice some of the unhealthy food.

Eating junk food does not work at all since doing exercise should be top priority as well as eating and drinking healthy food.

@leighnyork it depends how hard they do workouts to lose weight. But i would not recommend it. choose the healthier ways, cut off unhealthy foods.

While dieting per se is not recommended the right kind of food with exercise will give the desired results.

I have trouble losing weight because whenever I am eating less and healthy my hubby is worried that I will get sick and treats me with tasty meals instead of healthy food.

Wouldn't someone who wants to lose weight eat healthier? At least, that's what I do when I want to lose weight.
