Saving money is important for us and we need to save money as much as possible. We all have different ways to save money and it would be great if we all can share our ways to save money and that may help all of us. I try to walk whenever possible, Shop online and compare to buy from the cheapest option plus I look at the cashback offers. What Are the ways you are trying to save money?

I try to look for good deals when I’m shopping and only buy what I need.

We do this also, Marie. Instead of buying whatever looks good, I make a list and stick to it. @Tampa_girl7

@Butterfingers If one has lots then going for wants is no issue but not otherwise.

Sometime brands have coupons if you check their online websites, so I do that on occasion.

After we moved 10 miles out of town. I'm planning to do less driving, to save on gas expenses.

We compare prices and try to shop maybe once a week rather than every few days. We also turn off appliances when we go away.

Finding a better job and not spending on useless things. These two would help. Some jobs pay more.

I am honestly as frugal as I know how to be. I cook everything pretty much from scratch, I don't buy mixes or convenience foods. If I find a big bargain on an item or items we use frequently, I buy some extra of that item if possible. We eat our leftovers, or they go in the freezer for another time or they get incorporated into another dish. If we have a dessert, it's one I made, not bought. I bake most of our bread. I mend clothing if it's applicable, and for the most part unless we are gone from home, we eat at home. I have come to the conclusion that eating our is ridiculously expensive for the most part, and so many people eat out every day. If they can truly afford it, that's good, but many really cannot. I would rather consider eating out a treat, not something I have to do because I didn't cook.

I also bought just what was needed. And started cooking my own food instead of buying outside.
