I deleted my online review

Last month I wrote a good review about an indian restaurant where I had had my lunch with my friend. At that time the food that they served was quite good. I was happy to find a good Indian food in Colombia (which is very rare). A few days ago, I came to that restaurant again to have lunch. Everything was different. I didn't see the employees whom I saw last time working in that restaurant. My guess was the restaurant had new workers. But, not only the employees changed, the food was also different. This time all food was flavorless. They were too greasy, too. I was so disappointed. Hence, I deleted my review about that restaurant. Have you ever deleted your online reviews about restaurant or public places?

I was so lazy to update my review. I chose to just delete it. I was so disappointed with the restaurant.

No. I changed my review and made sure to note that while the food was really good the last time I ate there, it was no longer as good... and speculated that the restaurant may be under new owners or management.

It may be true. Here, in Colombia, so many businesses including restaurants change their employees so often.

It sucks that the restaurant workers didn't maintain the food recipes listed on their menu. Seems like the restaurant owner didn't care if he loses customers.

We also had a great Indian restaurant, but their cook left and the actual one is not good. I did not delete my review. I edited and I said that the restaurant that was formerly very good, was no more to recommend after their cook left.

It sucks that the good chef left the restaurant. I appreciate when you edited your review. It will help other people to get the restaurant that they want.

I like Tikka Masala and Malai Kofta. Last time I had them, they were tasteless, like they didn't have enough spice in them. The Pakora was tasteless and too greasy.

I don't delete my reviews. If I was in your case, I would still keep my first review and I would also leave a new review to the second time I went there.
