A towering drink!

A few weeks ago we stopped at a local restaurant for lunch. One of the attactive items on their menu is this tower drink. Its 1.5 litres of cocktail - ours was a blue curacao. The fizzy, cold drink was the perfect thirst quencher on a hot day. It's served in a tall glass container with a tap at the bottom and you can pour it out into glasses. This was perfect for a family of 4.

@pitstop That was a light cocktail. The Blue Curaçao is a pretty strong cocktail. White rum, vodka, blue curacao, pineapple juice, lime juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake and serve.

We finished most of it. We had a water bottle that we poured out the last 200 ml or so.
