Through an article, I came to know about an interesting fact about the Arctic Tundra Reindeers. The Reindeers eat dark green and brown plants i.e removing heat-absorbing shrubs and leaves from the habitat. They also expose light-brown & yellow grass. The lighter colored landscape is much better at reflecting heat in the summers. This behaviour is also reflected in Bison, Seabirds and Lemmings. Did you find all this interesting?
