Former American Vice President Mike Pence will not be charged for the possession of classified documents in his home, I just read. Joe Biden will probably receive the same news soon, though that was not stated in the article I just read. Donald Trump is a different matter, as he apparently wasn't as proactive in returning documents as Pence and Biden were. I am glad that the Department of Justice is being fair and balanced in investigating these matters. Neither Democrats nor Republicans can claim that these investigations are "politically motivated." Would you consider voting for Mike Pence, as it appears he is throwing his hat into the ring?

From the sound of it, many presidents probably took home classified documents. It's amazing though, that when Biden got caught with these documents, people in the media insisted they must have been planted. Mike Pence would never win, so I would never bother voting for him.

@lovebuglena I don't think so (running). But I think we'll have a female President, perhaps even in my lifetime. If not for Russian meddling and a somewhat obnoxious and insincere personality we might have one now (second term).

@TheHorse I wonder if we will ever have a female president? If we have one as VP now then I guess maybe we will have female president in the near future? I wonder if any females are running in 2024. I don't remember.
@TheHorse - Compared to the rest of the world I would say that we cannot complain about our politicians. May be there is corruption also here, but it's surely not too bad. We have a Federal Government composed by 7 members, each Member is "President" for one year, but the decisions are always taken by the majority of those 7. It's well organized.
