This is how we used to have our tea in the good old days Lots has changed. These days it is just the tea mug and tea bags. The reason being unlike in the olden days when tea used to be had several times but now is just one mug at breakfast time. I like my tea with a bit of milk and sugar. It has that pleasant biscuit colour - neither too strong nor light. The brand is Goodricke roasted tea. How do you have your tea or coffee? Image credit:

I don’t really drink coffee or tea, but on the rare occasion I had tea, I put a little bit of honey in it.

It has to be sugar for me although from the health point of view honey is recommended.

I drink coffee and I like the Italian espresso, no sugar and no milk. It is naturally "creamy" as you can see in this photo of mine.

Naturally creamy!! What's going on? It does look like you have added milk. Does it also come with sugar?

@allknowing I did not add milk and I did not add sugar, this is a perfect "espresso" as you can have it in any Italian cafe. I have an espresso machine at home.

I want my tea sweet, but I usually drink cold milk instead. It gives me the calcium that I need at my age.

@allknowing Oh, yes, I use honey sometimes instead of sugar. Hot drinks make my stomach ache that's why I'm not so much on coffee and hot milk,

That depends on what type of tea I have. For Chinese tea, I have it plain. For Earl Grey, I add a bit of honey. I also like HK milk tea (black tea with evaporated milk).

You should taste it. Unsweetened almond milk is naturally sweet, and it is lower in callories.

Every morning I will have a cup of capsule coffee. It is much more convenient for me.

I have several china teapots. I don't drink tea that often but I like the teapots! My hubby and I put mint that we've picked from our garden to make the tea tastier.

@allknowing My sweetener is healthy. It’s made from a plant.

We just pour it into the cup directly from the vessel in which we made the tea
