I was going to make coleslaw today as I love it. But then I remembered that Leticia also loves it and she doesn´t make it at her house.
So I´ll do it tomorrow. In a moment I´ll go to cook some rice (I like to fry it first with crushed garlic) and I´ll eat a piece of chicken thigh in vinegar with the rice. Coral (@thesojourner) just told me that my checken in vinegar was very similar to the chicken adobo they make in The Philippines.
I will also eat an avocado as they are getting ripe all at once.

I will not eat today all the chicken. So I´ll ask Leticia whether she prefers this sort of chicken aobo or roasted chicken.
