Air Fried Ham Wraps

I tried a little something different for lunch today. Two slices of ham rolled in a flour tortilla and air fried until the tortilla just started to become crispy, then sprinkled with a liberal amount of shredded cheddar cheese and popped in the microwave for 20 seconds. Were they good? Yes, they were good. While the wraps were in the microwave, I popped some potato chips into the air fryer. I was pleased with how those few seconds brought out the flavor of the chips. Task list update. My entire schedule was thrown into chaos by a printer-to-computer communication problem that took much too long to correct. I did get it fixed, finally, after taking a break to play outside with the dogs and have lunch. Now, I can get back to my writing tasks. What did you enjoy for lunch today? Note: Photo is from Pixabay, not of my lunch.

These air fryers are talked about so much they must be amazing! Your lunch certainly sounded appealing. I had salmon, carrots, and long green beans in a garlic butter sauce. It was one of those “flash frozen” TV dinners that they manage to keep healthy. It tastes so fresh.

I ate half of a chicken and cheese sandwich for lunch today.... It's too warm here to feel like eating very much. I hope you're having a better day now.

It appears I have worked out the bugs in the system, and my computer is talking to my printer now. Fingers crossed that everything else stays up and running.

I usually am by lunchtime. I eat breakfast at about 6 in the morning and have lunch after 1 in the afternoon.

@JudyEv Especially when my schedule at school was lunch at noon every day. I'm trying to adjust to my new rhythm.

I didn’t “enjoy” lunch because I ate at Subway. It’s next door to where I had my car serviced, so at least it was convenient. And, as my brother used to say, it’ll make a t*rd.

I had a tiny piece of pizza and a plate of veggies. Glad you could fix your computer.

The funny thing is, after all the diagnosing and rebooting, I'm still not sure why it suddenly connected to the printer and started printing. It's one of those weird "ghost in the machine" things.

@RubyHawk One of the frustrating things about this printer is that there is not even a port to plug in a printer cable. It's Wifi or nothing.

@DWDavis That’s kind of what happened to my printer other than I had to buy another printer.

Many, many years ago, an Army buddy and I shared an apartment. His mother was from Mexico, and he introduced me to the flour tortilla. Back then, one of my favorite quick lunches was to make a peanut butter and jelly burrito and eat it with a side of Fritos.

My MIL used to make a stuffed cabbage dish. She called them galumpkis. They were delicious. My wife, however, was not a fan, so she doesn't make them.

@DWDavis My husband and I make a big batch once a year. He wilts the cabbage leaves; and I make the mixture and stuff the cabbage leaves.
