Apple products are always very expensive / myLot

Apple will have a new product called Apple Vision Pro and it costs USD3499. It is a kind of AR headset. I think it can bring you new vivid effect and feelings when you put it on to watch a video or play a game. However, it is hard to say whether it is worthy or not. Especially it is battery can only last for 2 hours. It is not very enough. Of course you can plug it in but it is just like you won't plug in your phone all the time. I also see there is a wire to link with this headset. I think it is better there will be no such kind of wire at all. It doesn't look very high tech with this, especially it charges so high

Apple knows there are people who will pay that price just so they can tell their friends they own it, even if the device isn't as good as Apple pretends it will be...

True there are a lot of crazy people. As you may know already I love Apple and all my gadgets are from apple and I change my phone every year to the latest high end iPhone but there's no way I'd get this one. Even my son who's also an apple user told me last night what a crazy gadget this is and there's no way he'd want to get it.

If there's one apple product that I don't plan to get, it's this one. Even my son said he couldn't seem to see the usefulness of this very expensive gadget. The price is unjustifiable.

@youless All the gadgets I owned from apple are worth the price. I've tried others and really I find other brands a waste of money.

Apple always charges an arm and a leg. They try to portray it as exclusive and innovative in hopes people will fall for a product someone else will eventually make a better, more inexpensive version of.

I used to use Apple's phone before, but now I use domestic Android products. I want to support my own country's products and hope that our own brand can fully develop in terms of quality and other aspects

I'm pretty sure there will be a copy cat company that would probably make it cheaper eventually, but I personally don't see this product taking off and becoming popular. It's probably just Apple showing off the creativity and much more unique and advance their products are.
