We Went to Denny's for Lunch / myLot

Today, Jay wanted to take a drive to Saginaw for a few things. We ended up having lunch at Denny's Restaurant. We both ordered from the breakfast menu even though it was afternoon. The place was pretty busy, but our food was promptly served in a short while. And it was pretty good:) Jay had pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns and sausage. Myself, I had bacon, eggs, a toasted English muffin and coffee(half&half). This wasn't a traditional lunch! lol Jay used his AARP discount card, which took $3.00 off the price

I don't eat bacon very often, once in a while I do enjoy it with eggs.

Their prices have skyrocketed, but they're not priced as high as other restaurants.

For a while, Denny's in Saginaw went downhill for about two years. The food and customer service was awful! Now, they are heading back uphill, their food and service is good!

I used to enjoy pancakes quite often. With diabetes and a digestive disease, I have to fix them myself.

Jay was in the military before I met him. He gets a military or an AARP discount, whichever one is the best deal.

Denny's has a variety of different food items. It's similar to Elias Brother's Big Bo:) Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner specials, at various times of the day.

I'm not sure if the Denny's that was in the county next to us is still open or not. Been a long while since we last ate there but when we did we always enjoyed their breakfast items.
