We had great success with mangoes this season. Despite rain none were badly affected.
This is one type of mango that is large in size and round in shape. This is also cut in the way you see in the photo. It is easy to use a spoon something to scoop out from a kind of cup - mango cup if I may call it
Do help yourself and as you know first come first served
Enjoy

Normally only when the mango turns completely yellow on the outside sometimes with a pink hue then they very sweet. The green should vanish.
This mango has a bit of green and so I wonder if they are a bit sour.

@LadyDuck There are hundreds of varieties in mangoes and so I quite believe they could be sweet even when the green has not disappeared.
Our Benet Alphonso always turn perfectly yellow with a tinge of pink. I have posted images here. You can scroll and see.

@allknowing Those mangoes are perfect to eat when they still have a bit of green, when they turn all red, they are too soft.

Just one will have your belly full unless you want them for your family (lol)
Mangoes are native to this place and so most grow them.
