This is a Korean stir fried glass noodles. It is light, sweet and savory in taste. You can actually put a lot of vegetables in it. You can put toppings and garnish like strips of scrambled eggs, spring onions, fried garlic and more.
I think I am stress eating.
What's for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

@rakski My husband once said to me. That what I made (sweet and sour pork)was nice but not to make it again (lol)
