This is a Korean stir fried glass noodles. It is light, sweet and savory in taste. You can actually put a lot of vegetables in it. You can put toppings and garnish like strips of scrambled eggs, spring onions, fried garlic and more. I think I am stress eating. What's for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

That is a lot of food, I think I would like it. We had tomatoes with mozzarella olive oil and basil leaves for lunch.

That dish looks very appetizing, I'd like to try it someday! What type of meat is used in Japchae?
