Sound and light show

I went to b ed with a sound and light show going on, aka thunderstorm. The grass is wet, things are blown over, again. The birdbaths are very full. We had talked about going to a zoo this afternoon after church. I think we will skip it.Put it off until next Saturday or so. Last evening I talked Bob into going on a ten minute walk here. The terrain is rough and often uphill. He fell at the end. A neighbor stopped and picked him up. It was not far but he needed the chance to visit, as well. Bob is having a lot of back pain.His hope was that walking would help loosen it up. This morning I rubbed his back with Capzasin before he got dressed. He thinks that may help. He has to be careful what he takes orally. We are going to use some topical rubs and he will do some physical therapy exercises. I do not think he could handle a zoo right now.
