Cooler today

Today will be a cooler day and I already feel very energetic.
There is quite a bit of food on hand that I need to cook up, so that may be the chore for today. I have not felt like cooking, so it is good if I do it today.
I made a breakfast dish for us to share this morning.
I am going to stuff bell peppers with chicken and stuffing and bake them later today.
There is always something to do around the house, so I will see to those things. Maybe I shall do some mopping.
Tomorrow I start back to work for just a few days. I am also looking in to a local job, maybe. It would be in my same field of working with children who have difficulties.
There will be an initial phone interview today at 2.
Meanwhile I am going to put some things in my van that I will want to take with me tomorrow.
You must know that I never run out of things to do.

I wish you luck with the interview. Have a great day... I like the idea of stuffing peppers with chicken and stuffing rather than ground beef. I try to stay away from red meat as much as possible. Today's Meals on Wheels lunch is stuffed peppers coincidentally.

The meteorologist who does a morning vlog said some areas outside of Louisville might hit the 40s tonight. The sun is starting to peek through, so it should warm up this afternoon.
