Tonight, We're Grilling Chicken for Supper

We have a gas grill in the back yard, it makes cooking meat very simple. Jay man's the grill, by choice as do many other husbands I know. I would rather prepare meals in the kitchen. If we plan to have various kinds of steak, pork chops, pork steak or chicken for supper, an outdoor grill does an excellent job. For sides, this might be corn on the cob or baked potatoes along with some type of green salad. The nice part about this type of meal, the cleanup is minimal. We even use paper plates, at times. Using the outdoor grill, I don't miss having an oven quite as much. I still miss baking cornbread, muffins and slow roasting meats all afternoon.
