It won't be long now. Sophie is 80% ready to come home to me. My artist sent me her latest photos and she's looking really great in her skin tone. Her paint has already been sealed and my artist will just do one more layer of the varnish to seal her and then she'll proceed with rooting Sophie's hair and lashes. After the hair, the final step would be to weight her. And my baby is done! And that's my good news for this wonderful Thursday. What's yours?

Oh yes. I can't wait to hold her in my arms. I have started moving out things of the nursery room. I need to clear everything out this weekend and start with the flooring.

Two weeks more. I don't want her to have thick hair. But it takes a lot of time to micro root her hair.

@toniganzon Even the hair is being meticulously done? That is really incredible that is why it cost much since almost even the small details are given attention to.

@rsa101 Yes, it requires a lot of skill and patience to do the hair since it's micro rooted. Machine made dolls you see in the toy stores have their hair glued or also rooted but not micro rooted. They're machine rooted so it' doesn't look as realistic as the reborn ones.
