Equipment Working Well

The exercise equipment that I bought is working well. Earlier when I was doing the exercise, it was hurting. But now everything is settled. I planning to invest 15-20 minutes daily using this equipment because I have other exercises to do as well. How do you plan your fitness routine? Is there anything special that you do? Please share.

I'm glad you've worked the soreness out of your hands and lower arms now. That can be discouraging to some people... When the yard is dry enough, I enjoy working with the different plants out there. It's mild exercise but with my health conditions, it works well for me.

Yes, it can be a good exercise, watering the plants and seeing them grow is a very good feeling.

I was told by my doctor that due to my back injury I should either walk a lot, or get in a pool. So I walk. I'm glad to hear your equipment is working so well for you.

Glad the equipment is working. I want to start leg lift and arm roations to make my arms strong.
